Sree Narayana Public School

Sree Narayana Public School, Kollam was established in the year 1987 under the management of the Sree Narayana Educational Society. The Society is a voluntary, social and cultural organization. The members of which are drawn from all walls of life, comprising of persons who believe in the teachings of the Great Gnani of action, Sree Narayana Guru. The society, in keeping touch with the aims of propagating and popularizing the great teachings of the Guru, quite appropriately gave priority to establish a public school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Educations, New Delhi, in Kollam complying with the new education policy of the Government of India.
The society took a well thought out decision to affiliate the institution to the C.B.S.E for obvious reasons. The existing system, now in vogue in majority of schools in the state rather outmoded. It will be the endeavor of the management to make our students acquire sufficient knowledge about the different aspects of the Great Guru as a philosopher, social reformer, writer and humanist.
